Deposit Policy
Important Deposit Policy: Please Read Carefully
I maintain a strict deposit policy, so please ensure you are ready to commit to a session when you reach out.
To secure our time together, a deposit is required.
- Deposit Amount: minimum 50% of the total booking tribute (dependent on session), or the full amount (*excluding tours, where the entire rate is payable to confirm your booking and/or brown shower bookings).
- Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, fail to show up for your appointment, or become non-responsive prior. For safety and security reasons, I require all clients, including regulars, to provide a quick confirmation prior to their appointment which I always provide the day before our session within an email reminder. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, fail to show up for your appointment, or become non-responsive and do not reply to my session email notification before our booking. PLEASE check your emails leading up to our big day!
- Clearance: The deposit must clear prior to our booking.

Payment Options for Overseas Clients
I offer flexible payment options for my overseas clients. Feel free to reach out to me for details.
In the rare event that I need to cancel our booking due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days. Should you wish to reschedule, your deposit will be honoured and applied to a future booking.
Please note, I do not entertain negotiations or haggling; such actions will result in being blocked.
I have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or aggressive language or behaviour of any kind. If I feel uncomfortable at any point, you will be asked to leave immediately.
Cancellations
Please note that there are no refunds; however, payments can be credited toward a future session. Cancellations will result in forfeiting your payment, unless I need to cancel (which is quite rare). In such cases, you will have the option for either a refund or credit.
Important: Cancellations for any of Paz’s private events are non-refundable.
Screening Policy
To secure our time together, I require the following:
- Valid Photo ID
- Proof of Vaccination
- Deposit
Rest assured, all your personal details will be handled confidentially and discreetly; I guarantee they will not be shared with any third parties.

Consultations range from 10 to 40 minutes.
