A look into the psychology, practice, and power of Adult Baby regression with Mummy Paz…
Adult Baby regression is the work I’m most known for, as ‘Mummy Paz’ (second probably to being The “Petite Pegging Queen”).
Or, some assume I am known for filth play, as not many Australian practitioners offer services like scat or brown showers. Yes, toilet, sissification, cross-dressing and feminisation sessions dominate my calendar. But first and foremost, I for many years now, and even at Fetish House (where I worked in 2022), have been known affectionately, as ‘Mummy’.
Even before it was ‘trending’, I was popular as this archetype and for the the hotels and dungeons I set up as ‘the nursery’. The nappies, both cloth and disposable, the bottles, the dummies, the regression into a space where adult responsibility simply does not exist.
I’ve been doing ProDominatrix work since 2014, and in that time I’ve worked with over 200 Adult Baby clients. [Before that, I was a lactating Mistress after my first pregnancy!] While pregnant in Berlin, Germany, Dominatrix friends I worked with, made me a latex catsuit, designed to fit over my baby bump! I was SO surprised when I believed it would be ‘the end’ or at least a break from my career. However that night when out clubbing at the many Berlin kink clubs, many boys, girls, young and old, all wanted a piece of me! I realised the power I had in creating life and nurturing it. I did sexy shoots in lingerie and bikinis and continued life-modelling. My mentor Miss Bo tied me up in our dungeon for a ‘pregnancy photo shoot’. I realised people wanted and needed nurturing and that ‘mother’ was the taboo and that I could provide all of it! I realised it was not the end of my career, but the beginning! Shortly after, when I had a long list of littles for lactation, I became known as ‘Mummy’.
WHAT ADULT BABY/LITTLES REGRESSION ACTUALLY IS
I will specify the criteria to suggest that this is much more than ‘age play’.
Age play is broad. It can be sexual, non-sexual, parent/child roleplay, or bratty teenager dynamics.
Adult Baby regression is specific.
It is about accessing infancy, not childhood, but infancy. Usually, the primal, the pre-verbal, the pre-responsibility and completely dependent state.
Nappies are not a costume; rather, they serve as a psychological anchor. The bottle is not a prop; it is a tool for regression.
When I work with Adult Babies, I’m not playing a role. I’m holding space for someone to let go of everything they carry in their adult life. Control, responsibility, decision-making, shame…all of it drops away.
That’s what makes it powerful, and that’s why it is some of the most requested work I do.
Some book once and never return. Not because the session didn’t work, but because they got what they needed. Others become regulars, booking monthly or quarterly as part of their self-care routine.
This is not casual work for me. It’s where I see the most profound transformation. It is also the work that requires the deepest understanding of power, vulnerability, and psychological safety.

WHY PEOPLE NEED THIS
The clients who book such sessions are often not doing it casually.
They have been thinking about this for years and sometimes decades. Hiding it from partners, friends and their therapists. Somewhere along their journey, they have been told, or they have told themselves, that this desire is shameful, broken, proof of something wrong. Many come to me with their first yearnings of wanting to wear a nappy as a teenager or something similar. Then they stuffed their desires away, labelling them as ‘wrong’, ‘bad’ and ‘shameful’.
And then they find someone who does not flinch. Someone who understands that this is not about sex or perversion; it is about safety.
Who Books AB Sessions?
In my experience, nearly ALL my Adult Baby clients, especially my regulars, exist within HIGH power occupations paired with HIGH responsibility.
I’m talking about:
- CEOs and senior executives
- Doctors and surgeons
- Lawyers and barristers
- Engineers and technical leads
- Primary caregivers (parents, aged care workers, nurses)
- Business owners
- People who manage teams, budgets, critical decisions
As well as that, they have almost ZERO places where they can drop the persona, drop the mask, without losing their status, control or reputation.
They can’t show weakness at work. They can’t admit they’re overwhelmed at home. They’re expected to have it together 24/7.
When they are with me, they now have that safe, skilled place to surrender and be seen, without it threatening their public identity.
HERE’S WHAT I HEAR IN ALMOST EVERY ADULT BABY CONSULTATION
“I’ve never told anyone this before”
“I thought I was the only one”
“I don’t know why I need this, but I do”
And here is what I usually tell them: ‘You don’t need to know why. You just need to let it happen’.
The need for regression isn’t something that requires intellectual justification. It’s not a puzzle to solve or a symptom to analyse. It’s a psychological truth that exists whether or not you understand its origins.
My job isn’t to make you understand it. My job is to create the space where it can happen safely.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
I don’t do “light” AB work. If you’re booking me for this, you’re getting the full experience.
Diapering/Nappy Changes
Properly! Not a loose adult nappy you put on yourself. I’m talking powder, positioning, the ritualised care that comes with it.
Regarding nappy changes: I change nappies, both wet and soiled. For me, this is part of the complete regression experience.
Bottle Feeding
You are held, positioned and fed at my pace, not yours.
This isn’t about literal nutrition. It’s about dependency. It’s about surrendering control over something as basic as when and how you eat.
The bottle becomes a focal point for regression. Many clients find that once they’re being bottle-fed, they slip deeper into the headspace than they expected.
Regression Language
I use baby talk when it serves the dynamic. I do not, when it doesn’t.
This isn’t about me performing “Mummy”; rather, it’s about you accessing the mental state where that language works.
Some clients need full baby talk to regress, while others find it breaks immersion. I read the room, or more accurately, I read you, and adjust accordingly.
Punishment When Needed
If you become bratty, if you resist, if you test boundaries, there are consequences. Time-outs, maybe scolding. Sometimes physical discipline (within negotiated limits).
This is where my maternal instinct and my Pro-Domination training intersect. I know the difference between genuine distress and testing behaviour. I know when to be firm and when to soften.
I’ve also been a kindergarten teacher for over a decade and have worked in many daycares. I understand developmental psychology and I know how to read non-verbal cues in real time. I know how to hold boundaries with empathy, how to de-escalate without giving in, how to create structure that feels safe rather than punitive.
Those skills translate directly into Adult Baby work. The ability to assess whether someone needs comfort or correction isn’t theoretical for me; it’s muscle memory from years of working with actual children.
Discipline in Adult Baby sessions isn’t about cruelty. It’s about structure, and structure is what allows regression to feel safe.
The Sexual Component: Negotiable and Nuanced
Some Adult Baby clients find arousal incompatible with regression, and they want to access a completely non-sexual headspace.
Others find erotic elements enhance their experience. I believe both are valid.
Therefore, we discuss this in consultation and structure the session accordingly.
What matters is what serves your regression, not what I or others think Adult Baby “should” be.
The goal is to access the psychological space you need. For some people, that is pure comfort and dependency. For others, it includes erotic humiliation or sexual release.
There’s no wrong way to regress; there’s only what works for you.
Of course, I will guide you and make recommendations. This is why Adult Baby sessions have different rate structures. Extended time and multiple sessions are recommended for stress relief and deeper regression, over a period of time.
The goal isn’t orgasm. The goal is letting go.
WHY I’M GOOD AT THIS
I have been doing Adult Baby work since I started professionally.
When I trained in Germany from approx 2013-2015, part of my apprenticeship involved working as a submissive before I was allowed to dominate. I experienced what it felt like to be on the receiving end of power exchange, including infantilisation, dependency, and the psychological vulnerability that comes with it.
I know what it feels like to surrender that completely. To be in a space where you are not making decisions, not performing competence, and not holding anything together.
And I know how to create that space for someone else.
Maternal Authenticity
Furthermore, I am naturally maternal in this dynamic, and as a mother myself (an actual, biological mother of small humans, not the archetype), I excel in these sessions.
But it’s not just biological motherhood that informs my work. I understand developmental psychology, attachment theory, and the specific ways children (and adults accessing childlike states) communicate needs non-verbally.
Being a biological mother has only deepened my Adult Baby practice. I know the difference between testing limits and genuine distress. I know when to be strict and when to soften. I understand non-verbal communication; the shift in breathing, the change in body language that signals someone’s slipping deeper into regression or starting to panic.
I’ve spent thousands of hours reading children’s cues, and adults cues, managing group dynamics, de-escalating tantrums, and creating environments where vulnerability feels safe. That experience is rare in BDSM, as many play ‘pretend’ at ‘Mummy’. It is what sets my nursery sessions both online and offline, apart from others.
You see, I’m not performing a fantasy version of “Mummy”. I’m drawing on actual caregiving instincts; the ability to attune to and to read non-verbal cues, anticipate needs, and hold firm boundaries while providing safety.
What Sets My Approach Apart
People describe me as not soft or permissive, but attentive.
I read when someone is slipping into subspace, and I know when to push and when to hold steady. I know the difference between a client who needs strictness and one who needs comfort.
I use specific techniques to facilitate regression:
- Voice modulation (shifting tone, pitch, pacing to guide the psychological state)
- Pacing control (knowing when to slow down, when to introduce new elements)
- Environmental cues (scent, sound, texture; creating sensory anchors for the nursery space)
- Ritual structure (consistent routines that signal safety and predictability)
- Hypnosis and Visualisation
I have training and experience in all of these things and they’re not something you can fake. Either you understand the psychology of regression or you do not.
I do.
THE SHAME & TABOO PROBLEM
This is the hardest part for most clients.
Adult Baby regression carries massive stigma. Even within kink communities, it is still often treated as “too weird,” “too much,” and the edge case nobody wants to talk about. Adult Babies tend to be very private!
I have hosted private Adult Baby events. A maximum of three, fully screened & vetted Adult Babies show up for ‘play time’. I realised Adult Baby nursery events with multiple babies would always be small groups—not because there isn’t demand, but because the vulnerability required keeps people hidden.
However when I host a ‘Bizarre Salon’ (a Try-Bi event), tickets are sold out every time, and I have had to cap attendance for logistical and security purposes.
People seem to be fine with bondage, impact play, and even some edge play. But nappies? Bottles? Nappy changes? Regression into infancy?
That makes some people uncomfortable. I believe it is because it touches on vulnerability in a way most kink does not.
Why Adult Baby Is So Stigmatised
The stigma around Adult Baby play is rooted in fundamental misunderstanding. People assume it’s:
- Connected to paedophilia (it has nothing to do with actual children)
- A sign of trauma or arrested development (it’s a chosen psychological state, not pathology)
- Sexual and deviant (it’s often non-sexual)
Adult Baby regression is about accessing a psychological state of complete dependency and safety. For many clients, it’s the only space in their lives where they’re not performing competence, managing others, or holding everything together.
Mainstream psychology and even sexology often gets this part of the BDSM scene wrong. Therapists often pathologise it as regression to childhood trauma or developmental issues. But that’s not what this is.
This is intentional surrender. This is choosing to access a specific headspace for relief, release, and psychological integration. Sometimes, it can be reparenting too.
Dismantling Shame
So, my clients come in often carrying years of shame. They’ve been hiding this and they’ve been told, implicitly or explicitly, that this desire is disgusting.
And part of my job is to dismantle that.
Not by reassuring them it’s “normal” (I do not care about normal). But by showing them that I do not flinch and that this is just another form of power exchange. That their shame isn’t warranted at all, it’s just conditioned and that they are deviating from social norms.
By the end of a session, many of my AB clients cry.
Not because I’ve hurt them. Because they’ve finally let themselves be this thing they’ve been hiding and it did not destroy them. It did not make them unlovable. It just… was.
That is powerful. And that’s why they come back.
WHY THIS WORK MATTERS
I could fill my calendar with pegging and sissification sessions. Those are easier to market and they’re more mainstream-kink-acceptable.
But these sessions, particularly long-term dynamics, is where I see the most transformation and I genuinely enjoy that!
It is where people access parts of themselves they did not know how to reach. It’s where shame gets dismantled. It’s where people realise they’re not broken, they’re just wired differently.
It is also the work I find most meaningful.
Not because it’s “deep” in some abstract sense. But because I watch people leave my space lighter, less burdened and more integrated.
That’s not something every session type offers.
Client Outcomes (Anonymised)
I’ve had clients tell me:
They sleep better after AB sessions (releasing the hypervigilance they carry daily)
They’re less reactive at work (the regression gives them an outlet for stress)
Their relationships improve (they’re less resentful, less bottled up)
They feel more authentic (integrating this hidden part of themselves reduces cognitive dissonance)
One regular client of mine, a surgeon who books quarterly, told me:
“This is the only place I don’t have to have the answers. For three hours, I can just… not ‘know’. And that saves me”.
That’s what this work does. It creates space for people who have no other outlet.
AFTERCARE & WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
These sessions are often emotionally intense. Sometimes they are fun and relaxing too! Sometimes I feed you oatmeal, after I’ve put on your bib, ready to bathe you before a nap and snuggle!
Regardless, most clients leave feeling lighter, but also vulnerable.
Immediate Aftercare
I provide:
- Transition out of regression (gradual, not abrupt; bringing you back to adult headspace carefully)
- Grounding techniques (physical anchoring, verbal reassurance, hydration)
- Space to process (time to sit, collect yourself, reorient before leaving)
I don’t rush the end of a session. The transition out of regression is as important as the transition in.
Post-Session Support
- Check-in protocol (email within 24-48 hours to process the experience)
- Integration guidance (how to carry the feeling forward without shame spiraling)
- Availability for support (if you’re experiencing emotional drop, I’m reachable)
Understanding “Drop”
Many first-timers experience a “drop” 24-48 hours post-session. Not because anything went wrong, but because they’ve opened something they’ve been suppressing for years!
You might feel:
Emotional (tearful, sensitive, raw)
Exhausted (the session released held tension)
Vulnerable (you’ve shown a hidden part of yourself)
Anxious (worrying about what it “means” that you need this)
This is normal. This is your nervous system processing and this is integration.
I’m available for support during this window and you’re not alone in it.

FAQ: COMMON AB QUESTIONS
How long should my first Adult Baby session be?
I recommend minimum 2 hours for first-timers. Regression takes time, and rushing it defeats the purpose.
Many first-time clients book 2 hours and realise afterward they needed 3. You might be able to extend if time allows, but starting with adequate time reduces pressure.
Do I need to bring my own nappies?
No. I provide everything; cloth and disposable nappies, powder, wipes, bottles, dummies, and other nursery items.
You can bring specific items if they’re important to your regression (a particular dummy, a comfort object, specific clothing), but it’s not required.
What if I can’t actually use the nappy?
That’s common for first-timers. There’s no pressure.
Some clients can’t relax enough in their first session to actually wet or soil. That’s okay. Regression is a process, not a performance.
We work at your pace.
Can I book these sessions regularly?
Yes. Many of my clients book monthly or quarterly.
Regular sessions deepen the regression and reduce the shame/anxiety cycle. You start to trust the space more and are able to drop in faster. The psychological benefits compound over time.
What if I have specific requests or limits?
We discuss everything in the consultation phase.
I need to know:
- Hard limits (things that are absolutely off the table)
- Preferences (things you’d like included or avoided)
- Medical considerations (mobility issues, continence concerns, allergies)
- Psychological triggers (things that might pull you out of regression or cause distress)
This information shapes how I structure your session.
What’s your cancellation policy for AB sessions?
Standard deposit policy applies:
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Held as lifetime credit toward future sessions
- Can be used for any service I offer (Social dates, Distance Domination, pegging, etc.)
- Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit but credit remains *T & C’s Apply (Read them here).
Do you offer AB sessions outside Melbourne?
Yes, during touring windows.
I announce tours on my mailing list before posting publicly. Sydney, Newcastle, and Canberra tours are planned for 2026. Singapore is a possibility again as I have been returning annually since 2023.
Adult Baby regression sessions during tours require advance booking and deposit due to travel logistics, and the paperwork to organise/ planning involved. So the earlier you reach out to me, the better! Even if you are curious, we can get the process started.
IF YOU’VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT THIS
If you’ve been curious about elements of Adult Baby regression but have been too scared to ask…
I’ve worked with first-timers who have never worn a nappy. I have also worked with experienced players who’ve been in the lifestyle for years. I’ve even worked with clients who didn’t know this was even a thing until they stumbled across my content and were just curious to try it! You do not have to commit to everything, or all at once! Some people just like to breastfeed, be stroked and have their bottom powdered and wear a nappy! Others just have a story read to them while Mummy tickles them!
The common thread? Everyone just needed a space where they could exist without judgment.
That’s what I offer.
